I so enjoyed Diana's and Sally's 90s pics, I thought I'd share some of mine. I couldn't find a single picture of me in my Docs, even though I wore them all the time. I was too lazy to look through more than one box of photos, so those pictures are probably somewhere. These ones have lots of Chucks and flannel, though. Some things never change.
Pic 1: Probably around 1996. I notice that I did a lot of dressing to conceal my shape in the 90s. The baggier the better.
Pic 2: Late 90s? I went through an overalls phase. (ETA: actually, now that I think about it, this was probably August 1997. It was definitely taken on my birthday, at the Safe House in Milwaukee.)
Pic 3: ID pic for my first job out of college, so this was definitely 1995. I remember I was wearing a plaid dress/skirt that had an overalls-style bib front.
Pic 4: Honeymoon at Sequoia, 1997. Oh hey look, another plaid flannel.
Pic 5: Mid-90s. There's that HUGE flannel again.
Pic 6: Dressed for church in the small town where I grew up. Polka dot skirt and horrible sheer white tights. My mom was the minister here, but this was taken after we moved away. Probably early-mid 90s.
Pic 7: With my my mom and sister before my wedding in 1997.
