I think the legalities, at least in the states, is that you can take anyone's photo in a public place where they are in public view and you can publish it without their permission, as a street picture, but not for an ad campaign, say, to sell a product. I think that's why there are all the celebrity paparazzi, isn't it? The shots are always in parking lots and sidewalks, but not in stores or restaurants. Of course, the sartorialist is doing a different kind of photography. It's fun to see how different photographers work. I think the video is done well.
