$25 gift card from Madewell

I just received a gift card for Madewell. I have never tried any of their stuff so I am at a loss. If you received it what would you purchase?

I *love* Madewell, though I only own a few items from there since their stuff is a little pricey. Check out their silk blouses or their pants/jeans/corduroys, those are all really great (if the cuts fit you). Their dresses are also gorgeous but you'll need more than a $25 gift certificate to make a major dent in them.

I have only purchased one item from Madewell--my soft white vest, which I'm getting a lot of wear out of. I agree that it will take more than $25 to buy there. I got lucky that the vest went on sale and that my CPW from it continues to drop.

I really <3 madewell too! I pretty much only shop at Madewell and Nordstroms. I discovered Madewell at a JCrew warehouse sale a few years ago, bought some Madewell items for super cheap and was very impressed with the quality. Now that my local mall has a Madewell store, I have more opportunities to be impressed. In fact last night I bought this dress (with help from a gift card) and LOVE it, but never would have thought so w.o trying it on.

ALSO: at least at my local store, Madewell gives a 15% (!) discount for students and educators. Bonus!
