I put together a collection of my essentials a few weeks ago when we were discussing 5-Piece-French. It's mostly jeans, some cognac leather, black dresses, and black tops.

I had a thought, though. Is it possible that terracotta/rust/clay is functioning as my "light" neutral right now? And, if so, would that make these pieces into essentials in my current wardrobe?
