How sweet, Spring-like and different! Perfectly delicious with a skinny pair of white or blue jeans. It runs half a size small and I’d suggest a cushioning insole if you enjoy the comfort of a soft foot bed. These are not 8-hour shoes, but relatively comfortable if you sit behind a desk, or won’t do much city walking. The leather is soft and stretchable. It comes in two colours and turquoise gets my vote.

These shoes do not work for me because peep toes tear my toes apart no matter what. But I have happy clients running around in these shoes who aren’t as blister prone as I am. Add an insole for extra foot bed comfort and get the metallic if you’re after a really versatile colour. But get yellow if you’re after a happy colour.

These pumps remind me of the Tsubo brand. They are adorable on the foot and I just love that stacked inset bubble heel. Fab shoe candy! I would buy a dress and make sure I sit all night just to wear these pretty shoes. Alas, they are too high and the peep-toe thing is tortuous for my toes. But if your feet can take a bit of heel height and your skin isn’t blister prone like mine, you have to try these shoes. The leather is relatively soft and stretchable which is a plus. The high vamp on this style is not flop proof though as it can shorten the leg line, but you’ll never know until you try. Of the two colourways, I vote cream and blush pink all the way.

Naya makes a comfortable eco friendly sandal. The leather is soft and the foot bed bouncy. Pretty good for a wider foot too. These ankle strap sandals are quite flattering because they’re dainty and hit below the ankle bone. Also, if you wear them in a shade that’s low contrast against your skin tone, they’re even more flattering. Available in four colours.

This sandal comes in regular and wide widths and might make your 8-hour mark. It comes in four colours and of these the pink is so different that it gets my top vote! The pewter is probably the most versatile but the white and black are sweet too. If you’re after a basic and comfortable sandal to wear with jeans, slacks, skirts and dresses, this might be it.

Such a pretty shoe! It runs true to size and is quite comfortable as long as you don’t need to walk long distances. A great occasion ped that pairs well with just about anything like dresses, skirts, slacks and jeans. Perfect on bare legs and with hose. It comes in two colours (find the black version here) and both are equally fab.

A fabulous Summer boot with a sweet, stable, chunky heel. And they’re completely weatherproof too. The slouchy nature of the style  and the Velcro fastening at the side makes the boot style appealing to many calf shapes because you can manipulate the silhouette of the boot. This brand tends to run half a size small, so size up. You might even need to size up a whole size if you add an insole.

These vegan shoes are pretty comfortable once you’ve added an insole. They are not incredibly cushioning, but I was impressed enough to purchase the checked pair – and you know how fussy my feet are. They work for a wider foot too and you might need to size down half a size. Available in black, a silvery ivory, a gold-ish caramel and black & white plaid. Very sweet.

Clarks is on a roll. Here is yet another comfortable and good looking sandal from this season’s collection. As with most Clarks footwear, the footbed is cushioning, the leather  buttery and the heel stable. This style looks good on the foot!
