I’m a fan of J.Crew cashmere and bought this one in toffee. It’s fairly oversized, as opposed to fluid, and works well over trousers and jeans. I like the way it stands out from the side. I also like the tapered cowl, or loose turtleneck, which does not move around. Very soft and non-scratch. Also available in four more beautiful colours.

Mid-calf length puffer coat with snap-off hood and two-way zipper. An excellent option for tall ladies, or for shorter lasses who need extra coverage to keep warm. The curved seaming is surprisingly flattering, as is the waist defining silhouette. This puffer comes in blue and purple too. You might need to size down.

An easy pull-on-and-go fluid sweater that works well over wool trousers for the office. Also fab layered over a pencil skirt. Soft and non-scratch. It’s a little short, so a good option for short waisted body types in regular sizes. It’s also available in petite sizing, and in two other fun patterns.

This is the puffer coat for Team Tall with Long Arms. The length is divine and the quilted squares are surprisingly flattering and fashionable. It’s very warm, weatherproof, and comes with a removable hood. Runs a little big. Also available in petite, tall and plus sizing.

These lounge pants have a comfy wide waistband and a nice long inseam. Slightly more fitted through the thighs with a flared hem, which makes for a streamlined look. Size up for a roomy fit. I got them in purple, but they’re also available in black.

Fab fully lined blazer with cutaway front. This fit is excellent on a short neck, broad shoulder, and larger bust. Very flattering on the midsection. It looks best when it can be “filled out”. Loving the navy pinstripe.

This jacket is great on an apple shaped body type. The knitted back and sleeves are streamlined yet stretchy, and the front hangs squarely with just the right amount of structure. Easy sleeve shortening alteration, if you find the sleeves a tad too long.

The beading is subtle and not scratchy. Better than sequins, which I do find scratchy. The fit is tailored, so size up if you prefer a slouchier look. I bought this in cream and it does not irritate my skin. Great shorter sleeve length, just for a change. Also available in Black and Foil.
