I love love love the first outfits. Those red pants are stellar!

I am amazed at how you can completely change your look. Hair up, down, specks,pearls, rocker-ish....love them all:)

No ,I don't think that skirt is too short...it is super cute:)

The 1 and 2 outfit, I am not a fan of color bottoms because it's really hard to match with them. I personally think the red pant can be a red top instead. I love love love the converse look... I feel like buying a pair now! =D

The 3 and 4, is it leggings? The 3rd one is a really nice outfit but it will look amazing if you can substitute the legging with tight. The 4th one could be a wow! The sandals kills the outfit =O... Maybe substitute it with flat? I love love the green on you and the polkat shirt/dress look amazing on you.

5, the bagginess of the jeans kills it a bit. The outfit makes you look hot! I like it =)

6, I think you will look amazing in a tighter skirt with the boots... And I don't mean the skin tight one. xD The skirt is a bit too summery to the rest of the outfit, maybe tone it down with a neutral color.

7. Is it a dress pair with pants? I feel like there's too much going on in this outfit but I have to admit, you look great in skinny jeans! ^_^

The Boden skirt is the right length, I tink the longer one would be too long. And I adore that Boden tunic, I used to have it on my wish list too.

I am SO envious of your plaid jacket and the entire outfit that goes with it Tam! Definitely a favorite. I think the skirt is just right on you, and I *adore* your red pants. The fact that it is winter where you are is sort of a breath of fresh air after seeing summery wardrobes for so long.

I love it all, I feel like we share a similar look but with completely different coloring. I love how you can wear such bold patterns. You look great in everything but I am always a huge fan of you in red, also black and white.
My skinnies feel too big also but I do not think yours look at all wrong with those really cute boots!

Wow everyone thanks for all the kind comments. I am relieved to hear the consensus on the Boden skirt is that the length is ok. Would have made me very sad to hear otherwise!! I have gotten lots of positive comments both times I've worn it so far!

Bella I really love the red pants as well, although I need to be very careful with what I pair them with. They were $15 at H+M in San Francisco - I wish there was H+M in Australia!!!!!

Taylor thanks for the comments on my hair! I am wearing it up alot now simply because it is getting too long and the ends are too nasty to comb most of the time. I really need to get it cut soon!!

GoXtina thanks for your thoughtful comments! I agree the thongs kinda killed the rest of the outfit (Angie I am learning from you as I never would have admitted that a year ago!). I was just at the local shopping centre though, so I didn't feel too sloppy.

Tanya I'm sad to hear that you didn't get the plaid jacket too - I remember you liking it. Since it sold out so fast online you were the one who gave me the idea to ask about stock in stores. Still you have that gorgeous teal jacket to make it for it! Tanya did you see the Boden tunic was on massive sale? That was an impulse buy at the same time as the skirt - now I have alot of other Boden items that I'm stalking in the hope they go on sale too!

Marianne yes I am loving these boots - so comfy! I am glad Angie gave us the tip about sizing up. I got the size 11s fearing they'd be too big but they are perfect. How are yours doing?

Angie I am thrilled to get a killer from you! But I must confess the Saturday look isn't as black as the photo makes out....the cardie is dark purple and the skirt is dark denim. This is my only denim skirt, so I'd like to look for a pencil one too! I can't thank you enough for the tip on the boots - they are so fun and comfy to wear.

Maya I am loving our weather right now, but it is really starting to warm up. I won't be wearing boots much longer I'm afraid. I'll be enviously looking at all your winter outfits soon. Winter clothes are much more fun, aren't they?
