I've been super busy recently, and have been resorting to the tried-and-true FFBO formula of a warm handknit sweater over skinnies and boots, which is perfect for the cold winter weather we've been having lately.

1-3: This teal cabled sweater has a slight 80's flair with the puffy sleeve caps, so I thought I'd go with the theme and pair it with a matching bubble hem tunic underneath. It's like a modern take on the 80's drop waist bubble dress!

4: The sidewalks were actually clear on this day, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to wear my OTK boots, which are warm but have poor traction. Paired with a black handknit cashmere sweater and my plaid skinnies.

5: This morning's outfit. Back to snow boots. This is the most FFBO of all - no time to even get a proper photo, so you just get a mirror selfie . The cream cabled sweater is probably my most often worn handknit sweater, and it's great just tossed over pretty much anything. Back to snow boots because although we only got a few inches in Boston, it's still all over the sidewalks today.
