1-3: WIW yesterday. It was a gorgeous autumn day, which of course means my very favorite combo of stompy boots and skirt with bare legs. This is a high contrast look that will probably not appeal to everyone, but I love it. I am still loving blush as a neutral, more interesting alternative to cream or beige.

4-6: WIW today. Cold and drizzly today, so no bare legs. It was a good opportunity to wear this new vest, though. I have been looking for a black vest to replace my old F21 one, which is a bit too fitted and frilly for my current style. I found this long Kenneth Cole vest at the Rack last week. It has some really fun details that I tried to capture in the last picture - double lapel on one side only, an asymmetric zip (which I will never, ever close because it hits too low on me and looks unflattering closed), silver rivet details, and a little chiffon at the bottom hem. Paired it with my Ann Taylor camp shirt (which is true emerald, a color my camera steadfastly refuses to capture), old bootcuts, and teal patent oxfords.
