Love, love, love this outfit. I'm so jealous of your great white jeans. No luck for me this summer, maybe next. And, what is it about cobalt, that it just elevates an outfit? It seems to be a no fail colour.

Isn't that exactly how inspiration works?! I love this. Blue and white are my favorite combination and the shape of the blouse is such a lovely balance to the white skinny jeans.

I really like your post to keep us thinking about remixing what we have. It also shows the looser top seems more current now, so continually re- trying different combinations can yield more outfits.

unfrumped :: that was really the goal of this post, this summer was a great exercise for me in remixing what I have.

Joy :: LOL, I like playing with titles. And on the wedding note, I think it's covered:

something old: all my wardrobe pieces and shoes, except the hat and white flats are from previous seasons;
something new: hat and white shoes;
something borrowed: I have to be creative here... let's say I borrowed from two old outfits to create a new one; and
lots of blue .
