First, what i wore Thursday. I got so many compliments, which I found funny since this outfit was as comfy as PJs. I fought my instinct to wear a bold necklace with the V-neckline and instead went with a delicate gold necklace and a bigger gold bracelet.

#2 is the swimsuit I mentioned earlier.

3-4 is a tunic I fell in love with at a local boutique. The sales lady convinced me it was a dress in the store, but reality set it when I tried it on again at hime. I really like it over my jeggings, though. What do you think?

Jenny Anne, I think you got compliments on #1 because you look fresh, breezy, and sophisticated in it, and it shows off your gorgeous shoulders and neckline and frames your face. This is a classic summer look.

Nice to see the swimsuit in person. Do you like it? Is it comfy?

The tunic looks right up your alley and you wear tunics so well.

NPM, they are pretty old. I got them at a store in Germany about 5 years ago.

Suz, the swimsuit is quite comfy. It does have a removable halter strap which I wear when playing in the pool with the boys. I like the coverage with the little skirt, and I hope the slit in it makes it look fairly youthful.

Looking great in all three! Outfit 1 is such a timeless, elegant look and your version is very fresh spin. You are looking updated and youthful in the bathing suit! And I like the tunic but I don't know how that could be a dress (maybe I am getting old??) but your variation with leggings is fabulous.

Well no wonder you got so many compliments on #1 - you look FANTASTIC! and I really like that swimsuit - very flattering and pretty. That tunic is AMAZING with your leggings. Too short as a dress though.

You look great Jenny Anne -- the flow and simplicity of #1, along with it's high contrast, is nicely balanced. I love the suit! I know that some don't care for "skirts" but feel much freer in mine, and think my kids deserve a mom who looks fashionable but, well, dressed, when I take them to the pool. The new crocheted --- tunic -- is flattering and fun, perfect for Florida, too.

#1 and #4 are gorgeous! No wonder you got compliments - the wide-leg trousers with those sandals look very elegant, and top and necklace are great, too. Nice swimsuit!

You look great in all three! I recently wore an outfit similar to #1 with big-legged trousers and loose orange top and got lots of compliments. Like you, I felt like I was in my PJs all day. I think a lot of people IRL like this look but think they're too short-fat-whatever to wear it. Love the suit and love that TUNIC (haha) with the jeggings.

#1 is just stunning. A touch of Kathryn Hepburn. #2 is gorgeous, now thats a bathing suit, really elegant and tasteful.

The tunic looks good on you:). It's not a style I personally relate to however I find it flattering on you. Would younger it as a coverup over your bathers too?
