WIW: Valentine's Edition

OK, this isn't really from Valentine's day, but the colors were Valentine-ish. Plus, the first outfit was from last Friday when DH and I went out for V-day dinner since he was out of town on Tuesday. The second outfit is from church yesterday.

Oh, wow, you look great in both of them. Two really excellent outfits, and also very different, so each great in its own league.

1/2 - great idea to have floral pin, pearls and sneakers in one outfit. I could never pull that off

3/4 - I am positively jealous you can make a dress like this! The necklace and the boots are the perfect finishing touches and that coat is divine.

The sneakers definitely "funk" up the quasi-suit look-- very sharp.

I love both outfits! The blazer and pants with the sneakers and pearls is unexpected, playful, yet well-proportioned and polished. The dress is a wonderful colour and I love it with the fitted boots and that houndstooth (?) coat. I like seeing the purple/burgundy unifying both outfits, maybe it's a signature colour of yours. Great.

Also, about the Converse... I have to say they are one of my favorite things to wear these days and I owe that all to Angie's formulas, because I never wore them before. Yay for YLF!
