It looks like spring, and there's a chill in the air. I alternate between wanting to break out some spring looks and wanting to wear my boots while I still can. Here are a few outfits that straddle the seasonal divide I'm feeling right now.

The outfits:
1-3 (worn to work): gray, black, wine, olive, and teal scroll-print sweater dress (Nally & Millie); black tights; olive wool crinkly gauze drapey vest (made by me); olive distressed suede boots (Donald J. Pliner, Devi #); black packable raincoat (Cole Haan); black satchel (Elliott Lucca, Olvera).

4-7 (worn to work): beige and gray flower print cotton and silk voile blouse (Halogen); charcoal ponte knit bootcut trousers (NYDJ); charcoal metallic tweed collarless jacket (made by me); black suede booties (Paul Green, Barbie). Do you prefer the blouse tucked (4-5) or untucked (6-7)? Not pictured: same coat and satchel as above.

8-10 (worn for a day off and teaching a sewing class): olive boyfriend chinos (Eddie Bauer); mauve, gray, and olive print felted wool cap-sleeve sweatshirt (made by me), over ivory long-sleeved tee (Caslon); pewter cutout belt (Fossil); pewter metallic suede high-top sneakers (Paul Green); taupe trench (Calvin Klein); taupe shoulder bag (Aunts & Uncles).

Thanks for looking! I welcome your feedback and thoughts.
