WIW: Team Wear - The Sleeveless Blazer

Today was the first outing of the new sleeveless blazer and I love how it all came together! It seriously is the best summer topper ever for me! Light weight, unrestricted movement of arms (excellent for a MOTG) and was perfect for our weather (100 F). I am seriously considering a white version now

I have had this inspiration pic (1) in my pin board for quite some time. I love how the crispness of the jacket plays along with the boyfriends. So I decided to try it with my sleeveless blazer today (running around for some government related work). I am wearing my beloved boyfriends (F&F) with a sheer black fluid top (New Look - Old). I topped it of with the sleeveless blazer (F&F). Black classic pumps (Ninewest - Old) and my structured green tote (BCBG - Old) completed the outfit.

I would have loved to wear my leopard flats with this (like in the inspiration pic), but I remember Angie saying that heels would be necessary because the jacket has a low stance. And these are the most comfortable pair of heels I own. I really want walkable low heeled sandals for summer (I don't seem to like anything I see!), it's almost an emergency My feet were sweating it out

Other than that, I loved my outfit today Simple and fun. What do you think? Thanks for looking and suggestions for improvement are welcome!

P.S- Sorry for the weird lighting! The pic was all grainy and I tried to fix that O_O. ... Now it is more grainy.

You look like a rock star in that blazer! In fact, I liked it so much in your other post (and Una's too, I think it's the same one she bought) that I turned around and ordered it. In fact, I think I got the last one in black as immediately after I ordered it, it said "sold out." The white was sold out to begin with or I would have ordered that too - it would be perfect for summer.

The structured green bag looks great with blue Bf's and black top. I also really like the dressiness of pointy pumps with the loose fit of Bf's. I try to fix my photos too and a lot of times end up with graininess.

Love, love, love. Did I mention that I am in love? And I think I have the pieces to try to duplicate the inspiration photo but love your look even more.
Try the sleeveless blazer with a sleeveless top when the weather warms up.
I had missed the tip about wearing heels. It's a good one and gives you an excuse to shop for those low heeled sandals. Maybe a wedge heel would work?
