Great week! Love the red and the shorter boots in #1. I like #3 with the belt as well (my fave look of the 3, great rugged-chic look!). #4 will look great in spring with shorter boots as well.

All outfits look good to me...I think the belt could go either way but I might like it better without.

Thanks, Kim. The belt didn't make it through the day. One of my goals of SYC is to incorporate some of the fab belts I've accumulated. They just don't seem to like me as much as I like them.

You look wonderful in all three, but my fav is #3. Very sophisticated! I like it with the belt. Like your idea of wearing a dress a week. Wish I could find enough casual dresses that I love. It certainly is not for lack of trying. Maybe I am not looking in the right places. Where do you find most of your dresses, KG?

@Book: Thank you! I find most of my dresses at TJMaxx and Marshalls--they seem to carry a lot of the MaxStudio dresses that I love. They're usually knit and very easy to wear. Nordstrom Rack is a good place to look too!

Agree with Sveta: you look so fab in red! But I love the other looks too! The rugged low-contrast outfit is really chic (I like the belt but I think it would look good without it too), and I absolutely loove the polka dot dress with the floral scarf and denim--wonderful! Cheerful! Pattern mixing! Polka dots!

YAY for the red leopard scarf!! Isn't it so fun to wear? Love the puffer. #3 & 4 are great outfits! I personally like the belt in #3. I want a polka-dot dress!! I need more dresses in my wardrobe. I have a very hard time finding them at the right length, but yours always seem to be the perfect length. I have dress envy.

Love them all! You are inspiring me to keep on looking for tall boots that work for my calves. Is that the gap Dolman Tee or gap dolman sweater? I just got the sweater and it's 3/4 sleeves....I would have loved long sleeves. It's brrrr around here.

@Marsh: I'm loving the red scarf too! I've always been kind of lukewarm on dresses but I'm trying my darndest to incorporate them into my daily wear. Good luck on the dress hunt!
@Cilleena: It's the Gap dolman sweater that Angie blogged about in her Gap post. It has been on sale for quite awhile so I'm not sure it's still on line--it has long sleeves. I really love it.
@Una: Do I look Alaska chic? I think the color scheme and vibe is very Northern Exposure : ) Can't wait to see you rock the leopard scarf too!
