It's the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, and I'm spending it doing schoolwork. The things you do when you slowly switch careers, eh? In a previous post, Suz mentioned that she dresses a certain way when working from home: not too relaxed (PJ's) yet not too structured. I, too worked from home at some point, and I'm much like Suz in that regard.
I'm running an errand, doing laundry, picking up a Starbucks Latte (usually a ritual before I start any kind of work), getting cat food, and then building our group presentation and handouts for my group's presentation on Tuesday night. This outfit is that sweetspot between relaxed and structured.
I'm wearing the correct-sized AE skinnies again which got me thinking: is this what a wardrobe hole looks like? I only own a pair of skinnies in the correct size and the rest are leans: too skinny for the look I'm going for with my booties. I think I'll need to purchase another wash of AE skinnies and more skinny trousers/pants of a similar cut.
My new Naot Divines are arriving next week though, so the leans will finally get some spotlight. (I've been wearing them - just not WIW worthy
I apologize for the bad photo, btw... I don't have any good photo spots at home (hence all the dressing room photos).
