Dear YLF,

Long time, no talk! Work is very emotionally draining ... but I have a lot more time now in Palliation, to talk to my patients and it is very personally rewarding!

I have found myself turning more often to skirts of a longer hemline; and today's outfit is an example. I am also putting my lace items to good use! So fab and fun!

I have been having a LOT of difficulty finding midis made of decent material this season; and when I came across a store with THREE different ones today after brunch, I may have broken SYC and gone a little crazy and bought all three (came to less than $60 with my fistful of coupons and 50% off!) - Pics to come soon.

I love midis, they're so wonderful at work, especially the A-line type; in fact, that's what I'll blog about today.

PS: Didn't end up going to that fancy dance party - my friend had atypical pneumonia; and is feeling MUCH better now - we all went out for wings last night and had a blast! Yay, end of core rotations!

Oh, I am glad your friend is okay! Too bad about the gala, but there will be other events, and there is only one of your friend.

I adore your longer hemlines, and I definitely agree that I have been reaching for them as well. I like the combo of lace and denim!

I was looking at handbags, "Gee, Rae would like this bag."
Friend: "Who is Rae?"
Me: "Oh, a friend."
Friend: "Do I know this friend?"
Me: "No, too bad, eh?"
Friend: *totally confused*

I pick out my clothes first; then head onto my iPad app - Style Book - to make the collages. There is a feature that lets you chart your progress I guess, by recording your outfits every day! I love it! I have like 4 mths of outfits now!
