I came up with this outfit idea a while ago and have been waiting for the heat wave to break so that I could wear pants and a topper (albeit a sleeveless one). It's (relatively) cool today (but still too humid) so I broke out the floral-back vest and olive linen pants. Since the vest is such a statement piece I kept the underlayer more understated but still interesting - a black loose-fitting tank with lace inset at the front.
Really happy with how this turned out! I also love that my new shorter hair allows the whole back of the vest to be seen!
PS - Only realized after I downloaded the photos just now that my pant hem was stuck in my sandal strap. Oops!
