In my mind, October was when I would splash out a fabulous fall capsule but in reality it's working out to be kind of... meh.
First, I've had fulfillment issues. I'm not a hasty, impulse driven shopper to begin with and it seems like much of the stuff I''ve mulled over has been back ordered or delayed to stores when I felt committed to buy.
Secondly, the weather isn't exactly cooperating. On Friday it will be 100 degrees again!
So I'm declaring October a capsuleless free-for-all and stepping up my shopping game. Hoping to have a nice fall work capsule collected by November 1 & then I'll take a breather from wardrobe additions. Today I'm wearing all new clothes! Weird for me, I'll admit. My top is a linen swing tee from Madewell's clearance, and my denim skirt is Boden. My shiny candy apple red patent ballet slippers came from the ever-fabulous Janet via the exchange board... I love them!!! Thank you! Since they blend in with my tile flooring, I've included a special foot cam shot.
