3 - Monday. I had a nice dress picked out for Monday, but the morning was oh. so. cold. I had to put on my leather jacket, and the rest kind of defaulted.

2 - Wednesday. A friend gave me this skirt with matching shoes. I like them but, as you can see, I really should have worn a slip, because the skirt is unlined really wanted to stick to the tights and ride up -- major bummer. I still like the black. white, navy, and green combo, though.

1- Thursday. It's nothing new for me to mix stripes, but I usually tuck my shirts in with everything. For some reason, I felt that this outfit should have an un-tucked shirt. What do you think? Did breaking my own rules pay off?

The fleece-lined tights were EXCELLENT. I usually have to blast a heater under my desk at work, but they were so snuggly and warm that I wore them two days in a row. They look just like opaque tights but felt like sweatpants! They are definitely warmer than the knit sweater tights I used to have and way better quality. At one point, I was afraid I had put a run in them after brushing up against a box, but they escaped unscathed. I bought mine on Ebay for $9 shipped. They took a bit long to get here from Korea, but I did order them at the height of the Christmas shipping season, so I doubt that it is typical.
