I've been wanting to try wearing regular shorts as 'winter shorts', and as the weather was fairly warm today (mid to high 60s/18-20C), it seemed like the perfect chance! I picked my baggiest ones, which are a navy linen blend, and I thought it might be nice to add a hint of the nautical. So out came my detachable peter pan collar. To keep it slightly more grown-up looking, I stuck with all neutrals, and this fairly new taupe cardigan is one of my favourites, because it's so soft and yummy to wear (it's an even mix of cotton, silk, and rayon, with a dusting of cashmere). Plus, it has pretty buttons. And um, that's the whole story. For outdoors, my wool lined boots & a navy hat were enough to keep my cosy.

My arthritis is still acting up, so I'll leave it short & sweet. All feedback/criticism/hints welcome!
