WIW: In love with my NAS Leather Moto

I know this moto got mixed reviews at NAS this year, but I love it. It hits my long torso just right, and the color is fab. I picked up these wide legged trousers (Caslon - a Nordstrom house brand) at a consignment store this summer and have been waiting to wear them. They are almost too long but with these heels just achieve PPL. I adore wide legged trousers and was thrilled to find these for $18. They are a very subtle plaid tweed in brown with one faint line of blue-grey.

Suggestions for either jacket or coat welcome. And I'm getting my hair cut today - feeling rebellious. Any requests? A blue streak, perhaps?

Now that I look at it, I think I'd like it better with a darker top. The pants are a tiny bit slouchy, and a darker top might lengthen my perceived leg line a bit.

Caro - I have exactly one pair of shoes high enough for these slacks! Fortunately they're a super comfortable pair of Aerosole oxfords. Hmm, unless I do my high black ankle boots and add some black in the top half. You are BRILLIANT! I'll try this soon.

Una - I think the fit didn't work for a lot of people. I guess my shape is just similar to the fit model - that's why we have to try on so much!

I was so tempted to try this leather and was relieved to see the bad reviews. Seeing it on you, I'm kicking myself. Since I'm not long of torso it probably wouldn't have worked out, but it's drool worthy on you!

Deepened my hair color but no blue streak. Did learn a better way to straighten it for when I want to wear it straight.

And, the jacket is again on sale, for those tempted. I should have taken a picture zipped up as it looks good that way as well.

I loved this jacket during NAS, Nadya and I love it even better on you. It's such a fantastic colour, and so flattering on you. Love the sound of your darker hair colour too.
