Angie once asked me if I would consider a shorts suit for work. It was so entirely outside anything I had ever considered that I think I greeted the suggestion with stunned silence. You know how those things work, though. The idea ripened. I bought a navy jacket. I had navy shorts. Today I'd planned something much heavier to wear, but the weather was sunny and warm. It is casual Friday. Then boom, it was done.
So, here's my shorts suit! Two pictures because #1 shows the color more accurately and #2 shows the lace pattern on my jacket better. Yes, there is a mint belt peaking out from under the shirt, but just barely. I abhor empty belt loops, so had to have something.
Also included, pictures of WIW earlier this week.

Pic 5, tibi jacket, BR shell, cobalt skirt and ankle boots (see! I told you that I was breaking them in easy at work. Ankle boots and skirts without tights, now in the rotation.)
BTW, Anyone who can tell me why "short" suites me has a double meaning gets extra points!
