WIW: Fun Clothes & Shiny Shoes

Yay for Casual Friday! I'm pulling out my crazy crops and crazy tee for today. I know the tee reads as black but it is navy blue. To honour Angie's post yesterday about orange and blue, I'm wearing my orange handbag. And today is the debut of my new gold metallic flats. Talk about comfortable!

It will be a very busy day today at work (I'm covering for three other people today in addition to my own work) and then we are closing the office at 3:00 to go to Kristin's wedding. We're all taking our outfits to work and changing there.

Anyway....how are the proportions and combination in this outfit? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

Adorable!

I feel like I would be visually more pleased if the top were perhaps two inches longer, but that's a minor quibble. Those pants look like the right length: short enough to be summery but not stumpifying, long enough to seem more like pants than shorts.

And yes, definitely fun.

I agree, the shirt length would be better either shorter or longer. The blue looks great with the orange. Shoes are really cute.

I am in the minority here so far - I think the length of the top is just fine?!
Also, the metallic flats finally make their debut, and it is a lovely one at that.

Julie - I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get pics in the wedding outfit. We're changing at work and leaving from here so no camera here to take pics. I'm also not taking my camera with me to the wedding since it doesn't fit in my clutch. If I'm not completely exhausted by the time I get home late tonight, I'll try and snap a couple of pictures to post. I'm wearing my blue lace dress with red patent pumps and red clutch, silver cuff and diamond stud earrings.
