Finally I got to post these outfits of mine from last week! DH was out of town and he took the camera along, which is why it took so long.
Spring is here and I wanted to wear something that reflected it. Both outfits were for casual outing and running errands with DS2.
Outfit 1 - My floral lightweight jacket is what first came to my mind and the entire outfit was built around that. As usual I reached for my BFs and I was wondering what to wear under the jacket. I thought I would try some pattern mixing with a striped top. In a whim I reached for my striped bucket bag. And when I looked in the mirror I couldn't stop smiling, because I saw goldenpig there Although too busy for my regular style, I loved this outfit. And I had fun wearing it!
Outfit 2 - Again a spring inspired outfit. It started around my floral shell top. I wore my skinnies to change things up a bit. Finished the outfit with my green dressy flip flop type flats, white studded handbag and headed out without a topper. Only after reaching the car did I realize I needed a topper as it was quite windy and my threshold for cold is pretty small. I headed back home and grabbed the first topper I saw in my closet and that was this green moto jacket. Talk about a seasonally confused outfit! I should get an award for it! o_O The jacket and flip flops actually match IRL. The jacket is the same shade of green as the flip flops. Not sure why they photograph different.
