With the quilted booties. I have lost 4 pounds! Enough to inspire me to wear the fitted tank under a cropped jacket. Feedback welcome - I am not an expert with this silhouette by any means. I was going for the "Butch Brandon Bombshell" look, based on the comments from my K/R post on these jeans!
Off to harass second graders with spelling. Comments welcome!
I'm really liking this outfit. It's got straight lines, gentle, geometric curves and black that harmonizes and pulls the whole thing together. Yay for losing the four pounds! This is an example of an outfit that's tuff and femme, to me. Perfect.
This is just awesome, Una! Love the jacket and booties with those pants. They look really good rolled up. Now you've inspired me -- I gotta check those pants out!
Una - this look is PERFECTION on you! The sublte yet strong colour palette, the faded/distressed/rolled up jeans paired with a dressier blazer, the masculine (Brando) belt and those cutting edge booties all make for something that is quite simply spectacular! This is a 10/10 for sure!
AG,
The gentle feminine lines of that jacket really add an interesting twist to the more powerful strong aspects (the pants). I love black and gray together and this looks really great on you!
You've been working on this look for the past few days, and your persistence has paid off in a huge way! Love the look -- the rolled legs with a heeled booty is particularly fresh.
