I finally managed to find my blush item for this season. This is a linen tee from Gap (the Find below is for the white as blush appears to have disappeared from the website). It's a very pale, clear (not muddy, as per Angie's instructions) blush pink. It reads as closer to a cream than a pastel, which is easier for me to pull off. Here I've paired it with a bunch of stripes - my VC tube skirt and my cropped utility jacket, which looks light blue from a distance but is really a thin stripe pattern - and mustard gladiators. I think the jacket adds just a little bit of sporty luxe as well. I am really pleased with this outfit!

I haven't washed the linen tee yet but so far I highly recommend it. The fabric is very soft and it doesn't seem to grow immensely upon wearing the way some linen items do. It is a bit sheer (in the pink at least) but works fine with my nude contour bra. (I don't normally like contour and molded bras but I do own one for precisely this purpose.) I don't mind the grinning.

Gap tee, VC tube skirt, Fly London gladiators, Tulle jacket.
