WIW Aug 1 -- J Crew yellow, turquoise, leopard copycat

I couldn't wait to try and copy the yellow, turquoise and leopard look from the J Crew Collection lookbook, and I'm super happy with how it turned out! I had to add a dark teal blazer to make it work appropriate, but I still think it worked. What do you all think? Any suggestions for improvement?

And hey! I just realized the skirt, cardi and blazer are all Halogen! Crazy, man!

Yellow seamed pencil skirt: Halogen
Turquoise cardi: Halogen
Dark teal cotton blazer: Halogen
Leopard pumps: Jessica Simpson
Turquoise watch: Target
Black tote: Coach via eBay

I actually like it better without the blazer. I think I'd switch out the watch, too.

Pretty colors! I like your version, the leopard pumps are a fun mix with this. I think a gold watch would work better though. I want to try this too, but all my things in those colors are.. tops. Boo.

On days you can get by sans blazer, slip on a skinny belt for some alternative polish?

Mary, I think the problem with the blazer is , it isn't coming through as teal, the true color might be lost here...on my screen it looks navy blue.

I love the pumps, I consider animal prints neutrals:)
