Ran a bunch of errands this morning and early afternoon - it's a glorious day here - sunny and warm, but not hot. Perfect day to try out the tube skirt formula that Angie illustrated to us so well.

I did end up cutting off 1.5 inches off the bottom of the skirt to make it a little easier to stride in but still keep the midi length and taper. I paired the skirt with a bright coral-red sleeveless drapey cotton tank and my cream/black quilted leather flats. For my handbag, I'm wearing my grey Lug. It's not the prettiest bag in the world but it worked well for all my errands.

I have the feeling the tank may be just a smidge too long for the skirt - what do you think? Have I pulled off Angie's tube skirt formula correctly? Do you find it flattering? As always, all comment/suggestions welcome.

Angie: Huge THANK YOU for showing us other ways to dress when being MOTG. I was super comfy in this ensemble but felt kind of dressed up at the same time. And two random people complimented me on my outfit when I was running around

Tank: Gap (thrifted)
Skirt: Vince Camuto
Flats: Shelly London (thrifted)
Handbag: Lug
