I haven't yet modeled the new denim jacket I got from Esprit. I really love it, but after wearing it today I realized that it's a little too long for a flared dress like this--but the length is perfectly suited to wearing it with pants (which is how I've been wearing it mostly so far) or a more sheath-like dress.

Boots: Bandolino

And here's the Asos blouse--I'm going to have to exchange it, as it's missing its lowest button There is an extra button provided but I don't think for this price I should have to deal with a shirt that is missing a button. Also, without the tie it's pretty big on me, I haven't yet decided whether I should size down. Thoughts? The cream cami I'm wearing underneath is wrinkly so try to ignore that.

How do you feel about the gathering at the back when it is tied? It would make me feel very self conscious about my booty.

Bella: I actually like that detail, I think it's cute. The backside photo isn't the best picture of course, but I didn't mind it when I looked in the mirror.

I definitely don't think you should size down on the butterfly blouse. I've noticed that you like to size down :). It needs a longer camisole though. It looks gorgeous!! Lisa must have this blouse too.

Your outfit looks fab! I don't mind the jacket length over a flared dress because it's very fitted.

Angie: yeah, I generally like my tops to be close body fitting, bottoms not so much But I still think I want to exchange this top due to the missing button. And now hmm, to get a longer cream cami... And I'm glad you say the jacket works! It is a very fitted jacket.

I'm a big fan of oversize so I wouldn't size down the blouse. Beautiful outfit.

That's a pretty blouse. You could wear it with light (white?) bottoms and the cami length issue would go away. Your dress is so pretty with that jacket! I love that.

When someone (Lisa?) modelled a similar blouse, it was amazing how different it looked with a longer cami....I recommend the Nordstrom one that Angie has in the store, it's super soft and comes in white or ivory. Love both the blouse and the jacket, and I love the dipped hem at the back - I've noticed it a lot here, too. FWIW, I think stitching on the button will be quicker than a trip to the post office :)?

Lynne, that's what I ended up doing, sewing a button on, but I now no longer have a spare, so I hope buttons arent prone to falling off....

I want that blouse, it has BUTTERFLIES, yay! The back detail is super cute. I don't mind the light cami underneath, but think it should be longer to cause less contrast with the top length.

I think everything you have on looks gorgeous! I love the ASOS blouse- that is annoying about the button and they are hard to communicate with or you could just have them send you a button. i love how romantic everything looks. The dress is a beautiful color on you.
