Ok. I did it. I thought about this one for a long time: and when it came together, it came together quickly. I wore this outfit for a quick run to the grocery store on a Friday night in a hip happenin' part of town.

The neutrals:
ink and black: top, hat
brown: shorts
grey: coral necklace. ages and ages old.

My black sandals felt too heavy, so I went for the white--then that seemed like too many isolated neutrals so I put on the hat. That felt really odd, but I think that's just a comfort zone thing. Not many people wear hats around here.

But--It felt really strange not to repeat the brown anywhere in my outfit. The grey also seemed like an odd man out. (I tried on a silver cuff but the texture was wrong with the coral necklace--too shiny--so I took it off).

Does the grey seem arbitrary? How about the brown? Does it really go with that top--or does it look like I'm dressing on laundry day?
What do you think?
Thanks.
