Debut of my mint studded oxfords, with Gap distressed boyfriend jeans, ALC mint striped tank and sweater. Too cold to go without a jacket, so I dug out of the back the closet the warm taupe leather jacket. Bonus, extra RATE hair because I seriously couldn't be bothered today.

I like your hair RATE.

The pairing of the mint striped tank and sweater (wow, form ALC) works brilliantly with the mint studded oxfords. I think this is one of my favorite Anna outfits, ever.

How long have you had the taupe jacket? I am asking because I wanted one last year but couldn't find one in my price range. I find I'm wanting one again this year. Do you think this is a multi-year item? This is the one I'm thinking of (I can afford it and the reviews are good).

Denise I've had this jacket for over 8 years. I bought it custom made in Seoul, South Korea when I was about a size 14-16. Because it was such good leather I held on to it. Last year I spent a small fortune getting it altered. This is first time I've worn it since the alteration. I like the one you linked to, except the partial elastic at the waist. Somehow that just cheapens the jacket.

Those shoes are cool! I usually think of you wearing bold or dark colors, so it's a fun twist to see you wearing more muted shades but still in a very fashion-forward way that looks very true to your style.

I love the colours in this outfit, Anna! The flat oxfords are super, and sooooo great for Seattle. Love you in that soft lipstick too :). I can get into the rolls on the jeans because the entire outfit from top to toe, including your hair and skin, is low contrast (bar the black colour blocked strip).

I am officially in love with those shoes. This is a great outfit. Casual but oh so cool. I find the low contrast of the colors really attractive and flattering. I'm personally not into rolling jeans but ot works here and highlights the shoes. Fab!
