1. Today I got home from vacation and met a friend for St. Patrick's Day lunch! Realized my driving outfit wasn't very suitable for the occasion so found some green in the closet. Couldn't quite find the perfect bag so I settled for leprechans' gold!

2. This is what I wore to drive the second half of the way home from San Francisco this morning after leaving my Marine with his dad for a few days. At this point I just wanted to be decently covered and comfy and that was about all I managed to pull off. LOL

3. And here is me yesterday, at the end of the first half of the drive from San Francisco. A little worse for wear, I'm afraid. But I promise this outfit looked better in real life earlier in the day!

All in all, I was very happy with my vacation capsule. I wore all of it, it fit in my small bag, and it all mixed and matched so well I didn't really have to give any particular outfit any thought. (Oh, and I didn't get a photo but I also packed my B44 tiered dress and wore it to dinner Saturday night with my high heeled sandal booties, which worked out fine!)
