WIW 1/21 and 1/22: Pinterest Madness continues unabated!

1-3. Wore this to see "The Hobbit" yesterday. I was tickled that I have earrings almost identical to the ones in the inspiration photo! I had planned to wear my cognac boots but I didn't have the right scarf, so I decided to do the tan boots with the faux Burberry scarf, and I was happy with how it turned out. Added the dark brown bag to pick up the dark tones in the earrings.

4/5: This is my mixed up version of Sally's Already Pretty look. This blouse was a consignment find and has been a real wardrobe workhorse!

Could there be more proof that you can do both neutrals and colors with elan?! Nice interpretation of both outfits. I like yours better than Sal's because there's something about brightly colored tights in a brightly colored outfit that I'm not able to wrap my head around. You look fab!

Thanks, Tarzy! The boots ar e the Frye Rory scrunch boots that everybody here was so crazy about a couple of years ago. I have 'em in three colors but I have to admit I never scrunch 'em!

Love both looks, but the first, with the Burberry-via-Cambodia scarf is a tutorial in the power of neutrals. Note to self: Gray and Cognac play well together!

Love, love, love #3!!! I'm inspired to "skinny" my white boot cuts. I had decided to have them hemmed to wear with flat sandals, but they feel frumpy. You look so cute in the sweatshirt...very inspiring!
