Visiting a friend in Portland, OR. We went to the Heathman Hotel Bar for some small plates and drinks. They had frog legs on the menu but I chickened out. I'm normally much more adventurous in my foods.
Wearing my new All Saints snake sequin mini, All Saints cashmere sweater,, and plum clutch. So I looked high and low for olive tights and found these, but then I noticed and my friend noticed they're more green than olive. Any suggestions? I want a color closer to my Acne super monster wedges.
I only walked three blocks, so no hip issues. I think I may have aggravated it more playing Dance Dance Revolution and miniature golf on Saturday.

Frog legs really do taste like chicken :). This is a fab look! I think the gray-olive tights might be elusive--maybe try layering an olive pair with a gray pair? When in doubt, I go with black or charcoal gray, but I don't suppose that's much help to you!

Anna, this is a great look. I was going to suggest gray tights but like Jonesy's suggestion of layering as it could create the a better shade for you. I would like to see a heavier opaque with this look too, but that's just my humble opinion. Those boots are AMAZING:)

You're legs are awesome! What a great outfit. And for some reason I'm really noticing your hair in these pics and how pretty it is/you are. Hope you had a great time, and please take care of yourself miss DDR and mini golf. Just sayin'.

Are those really called "Acne" wedges....or are they "Acme"? Not that I've heard of either, lol!

Yes, Claire it is Acne, as in zit. They're a Swedish company, started out doing awesome jeans then branched out to other stuff. Full price they're pretty spendy, but I got these at an end of season sale last year.
Frog legs was in reference to dish I didn't eat and my legs.

From the title, I first expected those DVF leggings from a few years back that look the skin of a poison dart frog, but that doesn't fit your style so I wasn't sure what to expect. This is one awesome look though. I absolutely love the skirt.

I think they are pretty close. My first impression was not that they were out of place...there are so many shades of this color floating around you'll drive yourself mad looking for the exact match!

Awesome outfit! Love the sweater with the skirt, and the boots with tights! Yes, I agree about driving yourself crazy looking for perfect shade. Try layering? Try moving into more of the greyed taupe of the boot?

Your *frog legs* are pretty wonderful as is, and I bet indoors under incandescent lighting it's even a closer match.

Love! This is one of my favorite looks you've posted. The sequins pair beautifully with the soft, neutral sweater.

I think the green tights work well here since they're pretty muted, but olive would look nice if you can find some...I haven't come across any yet.

I like the idea of a more taupey gray. Agree that matching exactly is an exasperating endeavor. Great look, all in all!

LOVE those booties and the skirt!! How does it stay on you? It kept slipping down my hips, I couldn't keep it on. I think it would be cute with thin leggings too because it is so short. Super cute look

I was at the Heathman last week for cocktails, too. I hope you got to sit in the back room with the fireplace and beautiful comfy cozy furniture. Too bad we couldn't have bumped into one another.

Anna, you look fantastic. I am really loving your looks lately; lots of use of soft texture and softer neutrals (or neutral-ish colours) but continuing with the edgy cuts and styles that you love so much. This works beautifully with your own colouring and really, is completely stunning to my eye!

Love the skirt on you. I see the issue about the tights. Perhaps eventually you'll find the perfect ones, but in the meantime a grey would also work, I think.

You go, Ms. Legs! I don't mind the differences in the green, but it would be pretty cool to keep the olive going. If welovecolors doesn't have the right shade, I'm stumped, because they have a gazillion options.

I've been admiring your hair as well... I wonder if a curl like that would work on me. Is it difficult to style?

Oooh I love the sparkly skirt with the sweater!! Hmm maybe you could try a sheer brown color for the tights? It wouldn't be a perfect match but it would be less saturated.

Thanks everyone. My hair has some natural wave which I'm trying to embrace. This is second day hair that got a little damp in the shower and brought out the wave even more. My hair is pretty fickle, it can get pretty frizzy, is humidity dependent. Today I was running late and just let it air dry, and it's pretty much limp looking now. I am trying to grow it out to about clavicle length.

I like this outfit, too. Shoes. Killer. Skirt and sweater combo. Awesome. That purple clutch is the bomb. The only thing I don't love is the tights. I think they are stealing too much attention from the overall look. As others have said, I was thinking grey or black tights.
