Things were pretty desperate here this morning. I had no water at all (water heater mid-installation; plumber forgot to turn the water back on when he left yesterday) so I was reduced to brushing my teeth and taking a sponge bath in bottled water! LOL I grabbed the easiest outfit I could think of, which included the same blazer I wore yesterday. The horror! But I was pretty happy with it anyway.

When I got home I had water (but no hot water -- they're promising it by 7 a.m. tomorrow) and best of all, my new front door finally arrived! It is identical to the existing original door, except that it won't stick at the bottom and it won't have a 1/2-inch gap at the top! So all in all, not a bad day!
