Honestly, wearing flats makes me tired by the end of the day. I only wear trainers, flops at the beach/pool, with certain jeans (maybe and when I do wear denim) or with a maxi. Team Flats is a foreign and unflattering team for me.
Khris: Despite not liking maxi-anything, I appreciate the compliment.
Malina: I know you enjoy maxis. Thanks! I totally see this with a simple knit, too; alas, I am still a subscriber to more is more is most.
MG: HAHA. 'Hot Bod.' Yeah, right! Thanks for the huge boost.
BM: Aw, you are too sweet! Thanks for the compliments and vote of confidence in this ensemble.
Rae: I totally prefer knee or mini lengths. This is VERY new territory for me.
Kelly: As a non-maxinista, thanks for your appreciative eye. FWIW: It is totally comfy.
JJSloane: Do you think I should chop this to knee length? I fear I won't appreciate it any longer? Also-prepare for an overshare-I have a compulsion to shave every single day--all four seasons--no matter the weather, attire or occasion.
MK: THANK YOU! I love that I am channeling the seventies vibe.
Angie: I know, I know! Thank you very much the styling props.
Kappy: You, my lady, are NOT Fashion Frumpy! Prairie Pioneer made me giggle. I should be out prospecting or blazing the Oregon Trail. ;D Thanks for your thoughtful critique. Very helpful.
Steph (MrsEccentric): I am a tucker by nature. I find myself untucking gym tanks mid workout. How Grandpa is that? Thanks for the tips.
Celia: I found that locating the "right" maxi skirt for me was a challenge! Finding that balance of fullness is very tricky.
MM: Thanks for the idea and encouragement.
