WIW 05.17.12: denim jacket and printed skirt

Debut of the AE white denim jacket! I've used the denim jacket + skirt formula from last week and paired it with my printed Nanette Lepore skirt and gold oxfords. I liked how Angie buttoned up only the middle of her jacket on the blog yesterday so I'm trying it out too. What do you guys think about the sleeve cuff length here? Too long/short/just right?

Ooh I want that skirt! It was a recent post of you in your oxfords that made me add them to my wishlist. Love this look! I think the sleeve cuff length would be fine where you have it if you weren't wearing the watch and cuff. Since you are wearing writstwear, I think it needs to be up a little higher to look intentional. I'm no expert at these things, though.

I think I like the jacket un-buttoned best for the elongating effect.

What an absolutely stunning outfit Diana!!! Love the skirt, the oxfords, everything! We are jacket twins, I have the same one in the light blue wash. I would prefer to see the sleeves cuffed just a little shorter.

Oh, wow, thank you, everyone! Looks like this is a big winner.

Jewell, I think you are on to something with the bracelet/watch thing. Since I always wear a watch, I think rolling up the sleeve once more is a good idea. (I am actually wearing the jacket again today with the sleeve cuffed higher. Will show you guys when I get home tonight...)

Tanya and Rae: I'm probably going to buy the blue also... waiting for the end of the month so I can use my coupon!

Rae, the laces are not green. They are kind of yellow/beige. Don't know why they appear green in the photo though! That reminds me though, I was thinking that a neon necklace would have been fun here!
