WIW - Bathroom Matching, Hand Me Downs and Week Ahead!

Worn to run errands and possible movies.

Today's outfit:
Sequined applique top: hand me down from Little Zap
Vest: DIY from very old jean jacket
Skinnies: 7FAM
Crossbody bag: MBMJ
Sandals: MIA

Week ahead:

1 - Monday: GAP Denim Jacket, Tommy Hilfiger cotton dress, Rebecca Minkoff Bag, Nine West Sandals
2- Wednesday: Tunic from Angie's Pinterest, White AE Skinnies, Dolce Vita Wedges. I forgot the bag, I'm probably going with a tote bag of some sort.
3- Thursday: H&M blazer - dyed by moi - Adrianna Papel Tiered Polka dot dress, KS bag, and Fluevogs
4- Friday: Halogen Pencil, Express Blouse, Dolce Vita Wedges ( I'm not wearing these, but my nude pumps are out to the cobbler) and KS bag.

ETA: I'm probably going to wear the pumps on #5 with the outfit on #4. There is no outfit for Tuesday. I'm working from home so I'll be in sweats.

These are all so fab it is super hard to pick just one I love, let alone point out improvement. You really have a great style. I mostly like the hits of red and am now ...hmmming....that maybe I need a red satchel...

You are super cute in casual attire....love that you get hand me ups!

Gah - your shoes are KILLING me! Love them all!

I love what you have planned for the week ahead! And you look super cute in your running-about-town outfit. I have tried to pull my outfits out the night before and never seem to be very successful at it. I can't even imagine planning an entire week!

Thank you so much for the compliments, especially on my shoes.

I do rely heavily on my shoes, bags and accessories , in order to bring some interest, since I'm drawn to very simple items. Also, since I'm in a fairly conservative environment, I have to keep it simple with my clothes, but I feel I have more latitude on the shoes. They can stay covered by my pants if needed.

About the shoes in #5, I found them at a Buffalo Exchange, unworn and in their original box, for $15 bucks. The fluevogs are new. I fell in love with them at the YLF NYC meetup in March, but I could not afford them at full price. My heavy stalking paid off. I got them for about 60% off. I adore them.

Jonesy, thanks for noticing I'm posting more. It was actually my sister, who has encouraged me to post. She says I should, since my taste is pretty basic and doable and that I might be able to help somebody out with inspiration. So, I'm trying.

Claire, no , I did not finish the armholes. I cut as close as I could to the actual seam so it does not look frayed.
