Running! After 3 weeks of vertigo (yuck) I am now able to run without the ship moving on me. This morning I got out my winter running gear for the first time. How I love my lightweight glow-in-dark MEC jacket with it's peaked hood for extra bad weather (didn't really need the hood this am). The tights are Nike ones that my daughter gave me for Xmas 2 years ago. I love the fit with compression in all the right places especially hammies and lots of flex at the knees and the pink highlights are just icing on the cake. I feel like a super hero in these tights. I do have to just jog, no more than a couple of miles and more of a mid foot strike than the forefoot which is my preferred running style but I'm RUNNING!!! Happy day!

Jacket - MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op - In my opinion the best gear around for rugged, well designed and good prices)
Compression tights - Nike
Cap - MEC

Tube Scarf - pink jersey print (to tie the outfit together of course) Lululemon
Shoes - my trusty New Balance with lots of control and cushioning
