Thanks everyone! I'll pull the tags on this one and wear it again. My only qualm about it now is the versatility. I know it looks good with a white top and dark skinnies, but not sure what else. Any ideas?
Alicat-Thank you!
modgrl-Thanks! Yes, I did reorder the Long Ponds. They are so comfy in half a size larger than I had before. I can even pseudo "trot" after my kids, so that's good! Good idea on the "uniform". I need more white, sleeveless tops for that. I do love me a jeans, tee, and jacket together.
Angie-Yes! I do like it now. It is amazing how you can see past the "frump factor" of the clothes I was wearing with this before. Glad I tried it styled the way I saw on the Nordies site.
Lisa-Thank you!
Suz- Thanks and you are right about context of an article. I have found so many times that something looks totally different with the right pieces.
QM-Thanks! It so nice to get input from you!
Rae- Thank you! My camera takes better indoor shots than outdoor, weird, probably just the way I have the settings.
Sara-Thank you! I am always drawn to this shade of pink. Even as a teenager, I loved it and my mom used to tell me not to wear it because "fall" colors were better on me...maybe they are, but I think this pink works with plenty of bronzer and lipgloss.
MTB-Thank you! The hair was pretty easy. You have a similar cut, I think. Just blow dry with a round brush, use a "smoothing, shine serum" (my hair tends to get dull and frizzy), run the straightening iron over it. I pull my bangs forward through the straightening iron because I have a high forehead that I like to cover up.
MaryK-Wonderful! Thank you!
Gingko-Thank you! My hair is behaving today, thanks for commenting on it!
