I've read that Victoria Beckham is a good wife and mother (she certainly tries hard to keep the family together despite her husband's affairs). I have no idea what she's like as a person -- maybe I'd like her, maybe I wouldn't -- but I feel that way about all celebrities. We don't really know them, so it's hard to really like or dislike them.
Perhaps part of Victoria's problem is that her face, in repose, has a sour expression. She looks like a totally different person when she smiles. I can relate to that. I look sharp and cold when my face is still, but smiling or talking transforms it.
