WIW: White and Black on a Beautiful Day

Beautiful, warm weather here today. I needed to wear black and white to coordinate with the vocal ensemble I conducted at church this morning. I bought the sandals from Nordstrom Rack yesterday and was eager to incorporate them into my outfit (Can we say Team Wear?!) I think they are the favorite sandals I've ever had. They are really comfortable, and I love the ankle strap and the back zipper. As I walked out the door this morning, I was thinking about changes in how I dress now from a year ago. I owned the skirt last year but never would have thought to pair it with a white jacket. And I certainly wouldn't have worn trendy sandals. Y'all here on YLF have been influencing me without your even knowing it!

Skirt: Susan Bristol (thrifted before midi skirts came back into vogue) I love the way this skirt drapes and how it moves when I walk.

Sandals: Sofft (I just spent 15 minutes unsuccessfully trying to find a link for the sandals. Close but not exact is the Sofft Bernia.)

Thanks, Aubergine! I think my only other WIW was in January. I really need to post them more often! The outfit looked better in real life, in my opinion. I'm still figuring out how to get good pictures.
