I’ve now been doing my personal Wear Everything Twice challenge for 3 months. I have until January 1 to wear all of my clothes and anything that isn’t worn twice is getting tossed (except for gear and really fancy clothes).

This project is definitely helping me realize how many of my cold weather clothes really don’t get used in the fall in AZ. I’m not planning on buying more long sleeved shirts anytime soon! I highly recommend trying something like this if you want to make sure you have a functional wardrobe. Every month I end up donating a couple more items that I had somehow convinced myself were worth keeping. If I don't have the will to wear them, they need to go.

Here’s an overview:

Total good (worn twice): 85 (last month: 49)
Total worn once: 26 (last month: 51)
Total unworn: 44 (last month: 61)
Net decrease in items owned: 6

And the details:

All good:

Woven shirts: 2
Short sleeved shirts: 14
Skirts: 11
Bermudas/walk shorts: 3
Shorts: 1
