Bright greens are hard to style. They only really go with gray, black and white, or various shades of blue denim. Which is what you have in that picture, and it looks fabulous, I must say. (I should mention that I'm really picky about what colours "go" with others -- many of you may strongly disagree with me here). I'd wear it just like that all the time, or else with gray plaid skinnies (cause we all have a pair of those in our closet, right? Right?) or something else with a black/white or gray pattern on the bottom. Also I think a light heather gray tee shirt would look great under the blazer. Darker denim jeans would work too.
I'd stay away from that colour green with plain black, as well as any shade of pink, purple, orange, brown, or red. Your best bet might actually be to experiment with neutral patterns.
I can't think of anything for the boots, if you want the whole boot to show, except to stuff your skinnies into them. The opening might be too wide to wear them with tights and a skirt (although a picture would help). They would look fabulous under bootcuts, and while it's true that most of the boot is covered while you're assessing yourself in front of the mirror, people would still see the fringe when you sit or walk.
