I've had this skirt for ages and only worn it maybe once or twice. I just love the fullness, but until I saw Angie's white button down and skirt outfit have struggled for tops. It's a little big on me so the waist is lower than it should be (is it worth altering?) but does it work in theory here? I also tried untucked with a belt? I know I need a thicker and crisper button down (on my list) but otherwise the skirt is going to consignment unless you talk me out of it.
