this is a black and white photograph of what seems to be sand dunes. in the foreground are wooden stakes connected by wire in what seems to be a makeshift fence. another row of these posts can be seen further ahead, beyond a dune so that only the tops peek over it. the sky is a blur of angry black and gray swirls, like a storm is coming. against the gray there are spikes in the distance, like bits of tall grass.
