The second dress arrived from Asos and the lining does exactly the same thing. I think the fashion tape will do the trick though. I tried the teardrop shoulder pads that Firecracker and Caro suggested - but they didn't make a difference until I put them 'in front' ! Must mean my bust is too small for this dress

My question for you now pertains to pattern placement. Do you see where I am 'blooming'? How bad is it? I think Zappos still has the original dress in stock.

I only see a gorgeous dress!! Wow, looks fabulous on you. I can't see any pattern placement issues, if that is what you mean.

I love this dress on you, pil! I think both look equally fab but if I was going to nit pick about the pattern placement at the bust area I slightly prefer the original in 3. I see nothing wrong with the other though. I don't think anyone else will notice IRL. FAB dress!

I must have missed the last thread, this is a fantastic dress on you! Much better than the very first one. I don't see any pattern placement issues either, but I prefer #3 to #2 because I like that it has more red in front.

I tried this dress on earlier this summer, and couldn't keep it, because the place where the knot, or tie or whatever it is fell was a wider place on me. I thought it was best at a narrow point. I did not have the issue with the print placement.

It's so fantastic on you, Pil! I don't have an issue with pattern placement, but if you do, then you can always order a few more in this size to try and send back the ones you decide not to keep. I definitely think this is worth hanging onto!

This dress is stunning on you. I also see no problem pattern placement and slightly prefer the dress in photo 2 because more of the pattern shows and it looks most Ted Bakerish. But you are the one who needs to be absolutely happy with the dress. Suz has a great idea. Don't forget to look at the rear view too.

I think I missed the first post on this, but I prefer photo#3, but I'm not sure if that's just because it is outside Those are gorgeous colours in that dress!

Suz, great idea - I just ordered another one from Asos and it has been marked down even further. Looking at their return policy I though it was 14 days but see now that it is 28.

Kellygirl and Astrid, I think I prefer the dress with more red too.
Ummlila, the knot is in a different spot than I am accustomed too but the positioning has grown on me. Stepping out of my comfort zone with this one.

I am so glad that you are keeping this dress- at least one version of it anyway! I think it looks so so good on you. I don't see an issue with your blooming(!) but I have a slight preference for the pattern in the 3rd photo.
