Here are my outfits from the past ten days, excluding Friday when I was pretty sick so stayed at home all day in my PJs. The following day I got to meet Shiny but I had to stick to a turtleneck since I was still quite ill. You have already seen the Sunday outfit before when I was figuring out whether to keep that sweater, but this is the first time I got to wear it and I added the houndstooth bag. Both Tuesdays I had on outfits with corduroy pants so I am especially interested in opinions on those. I will be in NM from tomorrow till Monday so no outfit posts for the next 5 days.

wow Tanya! looove all of them.. I literally checked all twice to see if I could land a favorite but nope..no luck I havent commented on any outfit posts in a while but I have been taking notes of all your combos since I am moving to wearing pants at work a lot and you are my inspiration. Hope thats okay.
And regarding the cords, i love them both..the brown and cream outfit more than the teal and eggplant ..and only because it appears from the photos that the eggplant cords fit you slightly loose at the hips.

Oh and btw I have the exact same purple nine west bag and I think the cream patent tote too if its from H&M.

the VS cords do seem a bit too baggy. i'd toss them since you have so many other fabulous pants!

i love the cream BCBG top - such intricate detail! perhaps a cami underneath would eliminate the lines from the pants?

it is tricky to pick a favorite, but i love the sweater from monday 10/6! i'm voting that day my absolute favorite

Mirah, of course that's OK, I am actually very flattered. How cool that you have the same purple tote, Sarbear has it too!

Shell, I actually did wear the BCBG top over the cami, I just took the shot a day later and was too lazy to put the cami on again.

With respect to eggplant cords, they were quite stretched when I took the photo ( a couple of wears), which is why they looked baggy. I'll post a new photo with them ( and other cords) at some point in the future right after washing, so if you guys still think they are too big then I'll get rid of them. I am sure Angie will be happy

You have a great style and an eye for color. Plus that long lean look -- total winner! I adore the shock of the bright blue and the houndstooth together -- it was like classic and punk combined. Then all of those lovely elegant tops and the great use of scarves and belts -- just really, really nicely done.

I think I have those FS booties -- are they the Deer style, all patent? I got them in grey and love them.

Tanya you do appear more slender in these photos.
Your autumn wardrobe is so beautiful. There were so many pictures this week that just drew me in. You are super stylish and have a beautiful figure, which makes you a head turner. It is so interesting to see how you are building your wardrobe and the wonderful way you put things together from your closet. I always look forward to your week in review pictures.

Tanya, you look lovely as usual. I really like the way you use your bags to complement the rest of the outfit. Hmm maybe I am too focused on that because I don't switch bags and drag the same tote to work every day Love the long vest outfit and the one with BCBG top, it looks fantastic on you! And the blouse under the bf cardigan is very pretty too... and the purple wedges with the blue sweater... Seeing your pictures is always so much more inspirational than any magazine.

Oooh la la! Simply delicious. All outfits are fabulous, including the ones with the cords (can’t see the wale!)

I love the way the grey shoes and tweed bag pop! Adore the Converse! Love the biker jacket! Giddy for the check pants! It’s all so GRAND. Flutter, flutter, flutter – that’s me flying around the room with excitement. SO STYLISH!

I’m starting to see more of edge come through in your look, Tanya. Perhaps it’s the Autumn clothing, but I LIKE IT. Wednesday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday again are my fav’s. Which is your favourite?

Tanya, you look absolutely amazing! I mean, every single day, you look so great! When I first saw the photo of the cream BCBG top and the brown J. Crew cords, I thought that the top maybe needed a more refined/less casual bottom, but when you had the scarf and jacket and everything on, the outfit was transformed, it looked great! Do they stretch? They look a tad big, but maybe it's just that I'm used to seeing you in very fitted pants.

Also, I love the converse outfit! I'm still trying to figure out how to wear mine. Maybe it will get easier when the weather cools down and I can layer with sweaters and things (that's what I'm hoping).

Thank you so much everyone, both for the outfit comments and for the birthday and trip wishes. This is my final post before heading to the airport.

As some of you noticed, I have lost some weight (4-5 lb) hence some pants look a bit baggy. I haven't been trying to, there was just a string of bad events + bad cold + issues with a tooth = eating a lot less. Since the crisis is hopefully over, now I have to wait and see if the weight will (hopefully) come back to the normal level. If it's clear after a while that it will not, then a trip to the tailor to take in a bunch of pants will be due. What do you ladies think, what is a reasonable period of normal eating to wait? Is about a month enough? Thanks!

Tanya, Wednesday's outfit is my absolute fave from this set! And I am wowed every single time you post a pic in your cream trench. I agree with the above comments about the bagginess of the eggplant cords. Hope things get back onto an even keel for you.
