I have been very lazy about taking outfit pics, but here are two recent ones:

F21 top with white walk shorts:

.. it was too hot for a necklace so I paired green dangly earrings to match a green cami. You may notice this bag is new! Here's a close-up:

It's optical white (almost a blue-white), with silver hardware, a yummy leather, and it's huge enough to fit all my summer stuff (like a cardi and an umbrella). I am in love with it!!

And here's what I wore to the Green Day concert last night:

Clams with black sleeveless sweet pea top, which is one of my favorites, you probably recognize it from previous outfit photos. I did not DARE bring my new white bag, because inevitably whatever bag I bring to concerts ends up on the gross floor. Instead I brought my green pleather bag which is easily cleaned with a wet washcloth.

I wore a few other cute outfits recently but forgot to photograph them! Summer is finally in full swing here!

Shoot, I actually had a question there!

Is it too matchy-matchy to pair this white bag with the white walk shorts, as I've done here?

What about carrying the white bag when I am wearing the white jean jacket (see other pics in same album)?

I ask because lately I have craved less pops of colors and an outfit that is more simple (black and white only or just one or two colors not three). I think possibly I OD'd on wearing my banana bag. LOL.

The white bag is faboo, and of course it looks great with the white shorts. I didn't even consider that it might be "matchy".

Your daughters are your best accessory! I love both outfits. The first top makes me think I should give F21 another try. It overwhelms me and 99% is probably way too young for me anyway, but it looks like there are some gems like that top.

The concert was excellent. It's so nice to find a band that ALL of us love. As for the girls' outfits, a few minutes after this photo they bought concert tees, which I may have to borrow one of these days and pair with a blazer for fun.

Joy, I mostly agree with you about F21. I shop there because it's a good bargain for teens who are still growing and want something trendy to wear. But I can only stand about 10 minutes in there before the crowds, long lines, messy racks, and loud blaring music make me want to bolt!!

Dani, I got the bag at Filene's Basement. The brand is Gabriella. It is most likely last year's model since that store tends to sell past season merchandise at a discount. I had never heard of that brand, but if you google, you will find the website at http://www.gabriellahandbags.com/, and all the bags are cute! They also had the same exact bag in a cream, and very subtle metallic cream. I figured since I wear metallic shoes a lot, and I already have a cream bag, I'd go with the optical white. I'm not sure if this shade of white will work in the fall/winter, but I am loving it for warmer months.

I didn't have a chance to have a timely response, but you look great. I like white bag with white pants. It's something I would totally do.

You inspired me, like many other ladies, to get that F21 top. You mentioned in another thread that you've washed it in the washing machine. Have you continued to do that? How's it holding up?

Thanks for the reminder to reboot the laundry! I think this is about the 4th time I've washed it (with no special handling); will let you know how it comes out. So far, so good.... it has not seemed to shrink. Pilling is probably inevitable, but it hasn't yet.

Great bag, shiny! I have an offwhite bag, too, and had initially wondered about the same thing, whether it's okay to pair with white denim. I started doing it and love it - it's soooo summery!
